We use the information we collect to provide and improve the service, including processing and editing your podcast episodes, generating show notes and other content with AI tools, publishing episodes to connected platforms, and communicating with you about your account.
We rely on third-party providers to operate the service, including hosting and authentication (Supabase), AI processing (Anthropic, AssemblyAI), and podcast distribution (Buzzsprout). These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.
We retain your account information and podcast content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Total Podcasts is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
